Don’t forget – those of you in the Partnership PPO Health insurance plan must have your Wellness Activity completed by July 15, 2013.
Partnership Promise 2013: Information about the Partnership Promise for 2013 can be found at: http://www.partnersforhealthtn.gov/your_health_options/promise.aspx
The Partners for Health Website is http://www.partnersforhealthtn.gov/
This is where you will log in to your well-being account (previously called the wellness account). We will have a new wellness administrator beginning January 1, 2013. The current administrator, APS Healthcare, will be replaced with Healthways. Everyone who has the Partnership PPO will need to setup a new online well-being account after January 1, 2013, as the old APS wellness accounts will no longer be good. The well-being account is where participants will complete the well-being assessment (previously called the health questionnaire). The well-being assessment will be one of the requirements for the 2013 Partnership PPO plan.
